Your first contract will be a 2-year Associate Programme (equivalent to a UK Band 6 role), including a probation period. In this programme, you will receive training within a structured learning curriculum. During this phase you will assist and study under your assigned mentor podiatrists. Successful candidates who complete the programme will be offered a subsequent contract to practice with enhanced clinical autonomy.
The 2 year programme is essentially a training process. You will be expected to learn to operate our systems and our latest medical technologies. You will also learn our intricate processes and a wide array of new clinical skills and advanced consultation techniques to better manage patient care.
This is a unique opportunity for you to be part of a well-equipped program that offers fluid progression of knowledge in the field of podiatry. Your immediate objective would be to learn on the job whilst assisting your senior podiatrists in their everyday clinic. You will be expected to follow closely the instructions of your senior clinical leads to ensure that overall educational learning and career progression milestones are being met.

You will gain a deep and varied exposure to soft tissue surgeries, paediatrics to high-risk diabetic patients, radiology, dermatology, sports podiatry, as well as vascular, neurological, and orthopaedic conditions.
You will work closely under the supervision of your clinical lead, and will undergo rotation across our clinic locations to learn from various podiatrists. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Taking on patient cases as directed by the mentoring podiatrist, who will provide you with the necessary information and guidance to assist patients effectively.
- All clinical administrative tasks such as patient case notes, medical referrals, correspondence, case reports to track patients recovery progress.
- You will be expected to continuously study on your own time, as well as to periodically present your learnings and clinical cases to the panel of senior podiatrists.
- Singapore’s Ministry of Health recognised Podiatry Degree from a UK, Australian, New Zealand, American university
- Registered with the relevant bodies such as the U.K. HCPC, Australian AHPRA, or any MOH recognised registration
- Competence in written and spoken English
